I’m Eva ZobianWolf nurse, yoga therapist, nervous system nerd, and recovering
“I can do it myself” professional. I help exhausted nurses reconnect with their bodies, steady their nervous systems, and rebuild the kind of self trust that doesn’t disappear the moment things get stressful.

Not because you need to be fixed.
Because your system has been running emergency protocols for a long enough.

I teach practical, body-based skills that actually work for real nurses with real schedules, real stress, and real bodies.
